Letts Build is a boutique builder located on the South Coast of NSW working across renovations, extensions and new build residential projects. With a great appreciation for design, fine craftsmanship and beautiful materials Letts Build strive to be recognised for delivering high quality architecturally designed homes.

Having spent over 15 years in the building industry prior to establishing Letts Build, director Josh Lett has acquired valuable experience working on bespoke residential homes as well as project managing large scale multi-dwelling developments for both private and commercial clients. This broad range of experience, consistently underpinned by a custom build approach has equipped Josh and his team with the skills to anticipate and resolve complex construction with rigour and enthusiasm. Whilst a special interest has been developed for finely crafted and detail driven construction Letts Build is by no means limited to architectural projects. The team is also experienced in more traditional styles of construction, extending to traditional / period homes and renovation or rejuvenation works.

Drawing on a trusted community of skilled and local tradespeople, consultants, Architects and designers Letts Build looks forward to providing a personal and professionally guided journey for their clients and constructing beautiful homes for them to enjoy.
